PRODUCT RETURNS: Repairs

The following policies and procedures apply to purchases made direct from Tamarack Technologies, Inc. If you purchased our products through a dealer/distributor, please contact them directly.

In the event you receive a product from Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd that is not working properly, please call our customer service department for assistance @ 1300 985 993. Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd. is not responsible for any labour costs associated with removing or re-installing warranted items.

The following conditions apply to all returns for repair.

  • Items are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty status. Proof of purchase required.
  • Items damaged due to inadequate packaging materials may be disqualified from warranty.
  • Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd will not accept packages returned COD.
  • Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd reserves the right to add a handling fee for items returned not covered by warranty or not defective.

Please note that Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery of unidentified packages. Please make sure that you contact us before returning any item.

Instructions for returning an item to Air Exchange A/SIA Pty for repair

  • Call Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd at 1300 985 993 for a return authorization number (RMA) before you return the item.
  • Package the item in its original shipping carton, with inserts, to avoid shipping damages.
  • Cleary mark the RMA# on the shipping label and ship freight prepaid to:

Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd  Warranty does not cover problems resulting from installation, operation or maintenance that has been undertaken other than in accordance with the instructions. This warranty does not cover problems resulting from defects in or caused by associated equipment (furnaces, solaria, etc.); from repairs or modifications attempted by persons other than Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd.; From abuse, accidental or shipping damage or acts of god. This warranty does not apply to the product used outside of Australia, its territorial possessions, Please refer to additional conditions contained in the product manual of your purchase.


Product Refund:

Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd. offers a 30 day refund policy for most products that are purchased at retail price directly from us, less shipping, handling and a 30% restocking fee. Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd will only accept for refund, products that are brand new in the original unopened box. Proof of purchase is required.

Prior to returning an item to Tamarack, please call our service area between 8am and 5pm est M-F at 1300 985 993 to obtain a return material authorization number (RMA). The item must ship pre-paid by the sender. Air Exchange A/SIA Pty Ltd will not accept COD packages or packages that arrive without the RMA number on the shipping label.
